Teamified
Your team’s work, on an address that belongs to you
Boards, roles, and notifications in a subdomain workspace — simple enough to start today, structured enough to grow. One product for everyone on the team; you only pay when seats go billable.
A real home for each team
Every workspace lives on its own subdomain — yourname.teamified.net. Clients, departments, and side projects stay separate: people, boards, and billing don’t bleed together.
That separation is intentional. A contractor on one client workspace never sees another. An agency can run ten subdomains without stacking everything into one overloaded account.
Create as many as you need. Join others by invite. One seat is free forever when you’re flying solo.
How workspaces work →Roles and alerts that match real work
Owners and managers shape the workspace. Board Managers tune a single board. Participants do the tasks. Viewers stay informed without editing.
Workspace seats and board roles are separate on purpose. Someone can be a Member of the company and still run one board as Board Manager — without getting the keys to billing.
In-app notifications and optional email keep assignments, status changes, and due dates visible — without turning every click into noise. Security and billing mail stay on; those aren’t optional.
Explore roles & notifications →Folders, boards, and work that stays clear
Nest work the way you already think: folders for campaigns or clients, boards for the day-to-day, task groups when a board needs chapters. Statuses and dates are yours to define per board.
Each task holds the assignment, conversation, and files. Comments stay on the item. Attachments sit next to the work instead of vanishing into a shared drive nobody searches.
Need fields your industry cares about — Priority, Client, Estimate? Managers add custom columns so the board fits the process, not the other way around.
See boards, tasks & columns →Easy to invite. Easy to take your data with you.
Teamified shouldn’t feel like a trap. Bring people in with a link, and export when you need a spreadsheet or a clean exit.
Invites that respect the email
Owners, Co-owners, and Managers send invites with a role already chosen. New users register; existing accounts accept and land in the workspace. The invite email has to match — that’s how we keep seats from getting hijacked.
Invite flow →CSV & JSON export
Export one board or the whole workspace from settings. Managers handle workspace-wide exports; Board Managers can pull the boards they run. Useful for reporting, archives, or moving on without drama.
Export details →Teams that outgrew sticky notes — and hate bloat
Teamified is for founders, studios, and client teams who want structure without a six-week rollout.
Solo & pairs
One free seat forever. Add a partner when the work gets shared. Same boards and export — no “starter” product.
Studios & agencies
A subdomain per client keeps permissions and billing clean. Invite freelancers to one board without opening the whole house.
Internal teams
Product, marketing, and ops can each own boards under one workspace — with roles that match who can change what.
Three steps. Then you’re working.
No lengthy onboarding theatre. Claim a workspace, invite someone, put a task on a board. Most teams are productive in the first session — not after a week of configuration.
Create your workspace
Sign up, verify email, and claim a subdomain. Activate free if you’re one seat.
Invite your people
Send invites with the right role. They join with a link — new or existing accounts.
Organize on boards
Folders, boards, tasks, comments, and files. Export when you need a spreadsheet.
Pay for seats — not for unlocking the product
$1 per billable seat per workspace. Free seats by plan size. Same features on free and paid. No tiers that hide export, roles, or boards behind an upgrade wall.
Each workspace bills on its own. If someone sits in three workspaces, they count toward each seat total — so client projects don’t subsidize each other by accident.
- 1 seat free forever
- Free seats as the team grows
- Boards, roles, notifications, export included
Start with one seat. Grow when you’re ready.
Create a workspace, invite your first teammate, and put tomorrow’s work on a board. When the team gets bigger, seats and free allowances scale with you — the product doesn’t change.
